Release! Let it go! It occurred to me the other day how easily we toss around these words.
It feels empowering, right? --To say that we are casting out everything from our lives that isn’t aligned to our highest SELF & greatest good?
Let’s be honest. That sounds awesome.
But, what does that even mean?
How do I know what’s good for me and what’s not?
And if I do let go of what needs to go, then what...?
Do I just sit and...wait?
And what am I even waiting for?
Releasing is not as simple as it sounds.
Our very human brains are simply not wired that way. When we decide to "let go" of something, our minds will search for something to fill that gap, or we will at least want to know which direction we should be heading.

You can calculate your ruling number by adding up all of the digits in your birthday.
For Example, if your birthday is February 13, 1980, written out with all of the digits, it looks like this:
0+2+1+3+1+9+8+0 =24
Because these numbers add up to a double-digit higher than 11, I will add them up again:
2+4=6
So, the Ruling Number for this birthday is = 6
6 is all about love and family. It values stability, trust, safety, acceptance, creativity, warmth, playfulness and unconditional love.
